Trying To Build Muscle While Working 12 Hour Shifts |

Many people think that it is the training that helps you build muscle. However, I think for women the biggest factor in the way you build muscle is in the supplements you take. For the last three years I have been working 12 hour shifts at the local mill. It is the only job that pays in my area so I continue to work there day after day. I have two days off a week that I can really do anything, but do manage to get in some training during the work week.
To build muscle for the last three years I have had to take a much different approach to my training. I do not want to be one of the muscle bound women, but do need to be more defined for the fitness competitions. One of the ways that I help with the definition is to rely on intense, short workouts and a good balanced supplement program.
While the training does a lot to help build muscle, the supplements are what brings out the muscle. I had to learn this the hard way. When I first started working the long shifts I still tried to maintain a hectic workout schedule to help build muscle. I thought that if I missed any training I would go all flat and soft. I was quickly overtraining and actually hurting my body. I started talking to a fellow competitor who also works long hours during the week about how she manages both and still look good. She said more intense, but shorter workouts and the right supplementation will help build muscle and define it better. She recommended a Lee Labrada product that contained the nutrients I needed to build muscle.
Since there wasn't any type of store around me that would carry this I had to go online to find it. I found a website called Nutrition Bodybuilding located at www.nutritionbodybuilding.net. This site had a lot of different products to choose from. I also found the Lean Body For Her, 20 pack. Since I liked the way my friend looked, I decided to order the product and try it out.
It wasn't long after I received the Lean Body For Her product from Nutrition Bodybuilding that I began to see a big difference. Even while working long hours! The first contest I entered after trying out the new routine and supplements I actually placed higher. I called my friend up and thanked her for the advice on how to build muscle and still work long hours. |
