Have you tried a Hip Hop workout in the pursuit of fitness? You can and will build muscle with this dynamic program, I sure have! By the end of a one hour class I am coated with perspiration and a big fat smile. I simply love the routines and the challenge of a hip hop workout!
A Hip Hop workout will build muscle with the use of electrifying music, funky fashion and fast rhythms. It is an intense calorie burning event. The warm up is all over the place with lots of movement. The workout itself includes slides and hops. Moves are repeated frequently so you can learn the combinations. You will be amazed at how fast your heart rates goes up with these routines.
While you build muscle with a Hip Hop workout you will become connected to something new that is going on now. It gives me a feeling of belonging. I get a sort of high from moving in sync with other people. Like I said, I leave the gym with a big fat smile on my face every time!
