Qigong? You don't say? It is pronounced "chee gung." And it is a simple workout that involves the body, mind and spirit. It costs nothing. It can be done at a gym, in your backyard or in your home. All you need is your body and your breath and it will help you build muscle.
In the practice of qigong you stand with your joints and muscles comfortably relaxed, feeling your belly expand and contract with each breath. So, you are probably wondering how this will build muscle. With qigong you also hold specific positions for a period of time. Somewhat like yoga. In doing so the muscles are taut and become stronger.
