Battling My Muffin Top With Exercise And Vitamins Nutrition |

I have just read another contributor’s post on the subject of moobs or man boobs and it really made me chuckle. I also felt reassured that men have insecurities about their bodies too. I’m in my thirties now so I too feel the pain of the slowing metabolism but my fear is over the dreaded “muffin top.” Let me explain what a muffin top is for those of you that do not know. A muffin top is fat spilling over a pair of low rise pants or jeans so that it resembles the top of a blueberry or banana muffin. Although I am not trying to build muscle I do side bends and three different kinds of abdominal exercises each day because I am battling against developing a muffin top. I also do cardiovascular exercise and take my vitamins nutrition seriously. I look after my vitamins nutrition for many reasons, one of which is to keep my metabolism running efficiently. I take care of my vitamins nutrition by eating a diet rich in whole unprepared foods and by taking natural supplements each day. So far I am winning the war against my muffin top.
