vitamins minerals, vitamins nutrition As I type this, I am munching down on a peanut butter, chocolate protein bar packed with vitamins nutrition. I know peanut butter and chocolate don’t seem like two things rich in vitamins minerals but according to the box and nutrition facts the bar has all sorts of  health conscious goodies. In the past I was never a fan of protein bars because they never tasted very good. Some would say cardboard comes to mind others just say flat out they taste awful. I was the same way until finding the right one.

It’s easy to spot protein bars because they are small but surprisingly heavy to eat. The little bar I just ate was shorter then a Twix but packed a serious vitamins nutrition punch. It is a real mind F because normally my appetite is not satisfied with such a little snack but not the case with protein bars. The small size tells my brain it won’t be filling but after chewing a few bites my stomach says something completely different which is why I like protein bars. They fill you up with only the good stuff and make you think twice about munching down on other not so good foods. Vitamins minerals and all that good stuff is even more important as flu season approaches.
