Cloves Are Great Natural Supplements and Cheaper Online |

I'm all for natural supplements and over the holidays I had time to do some research online, my source of information for learning about vitamins minerals and foods that give us good health. I learned that Whole Cloves are a good source of manganese, vitamin C, fiber, and omega-3 fatty acids, as well as calcium and magnesium. That's a lot of good stuff in something as delicious as cloves, so I ordered a pound of whole cloves online today. I'm hoping that they will taste good in tea. I know that they are delicious in hot apple cider, so I'm hoping I can concoct a green tea and cloves mixture that will be really good.
I have a small jar of ground cloves, but the websites that I consulted suggested that the whole cloves were better as natural supplements than the ground ones. It's an experiment, so I'll keep an open mind, but this year, I want to use cinnamon and cloves everyday because both have such healing properties. I've always known that oil of cloves was a good temporary pain reliever in the mouth, but I didn't know that the whole cloves had such beneficial physical effects.
I was amazed at the price of these cloves online. I found them at Nutrition Bodybuilding located at http://www.nutritionbodybuilding.net, a great site for natural supplements and vitamins minerals for everyone. I'd thought about buying a jar of them at the grocery store but after seeing the price on that tiny, one ounce jar, decided to wait a week to get them. The online price was infinitely lower, ounce for ounce, than the grocery store price. I can start augmenting my diet right now with the cloves I have in the pantry, even though they are powdered and in a week or so, I'll have the whole cloves I ordered.
I love shopping for natural supplements online. It's so much easier than buying them in the retail stores locally, and I'm getting 16 times more product than I would locally. My tab online was less than $20 for a pound of cloves compared to $7 for an ounce locally. It's pretty easy to do the math to see that buying online is the better deal. Much as I love going to the grocery store, I'm buying things like these natural supplements online from now on.
I can even share these with my sister, who is also a big believer in natural supplements to live a healthier life. As inexpensive as they are online, we can afford to use the cloves in a variety of dishes and food applications. I love to develop recipes that use natural supplements and she loves to follow established recipes to a T, so between the two of us, we should do great adding cloves to our diet in ways that are so delicious.
