My cousin and I share a deep love of tea and in my email this morning I found a link that she sent me to a unique tea that she found online and wanted me to check it out. I followed the links and discovered that she had struck a gold mine. The tea is a combination of flowers, herbs, and I look at it as sipping natural supplements instead of taking pills. According to the description of this tea, it is a soothing and relaxing tea containing many ingredients. It has hibiscus and lotus petals, lavender flowers, sage, rose petals, spearmint, green tea, and damiana which is an herb that researchers have found improves diabetes and reduces anxiety.
The name of this tea is Tempting Teas Relaxing Chai and I found it at Nutrition Bodybuilding at http://www.nutritionbodybuilding.net, a site with a lot of natural supplements, vitamins minerals, and products that build muscle. I ordered four ounces of this tea and then forwarded the link to the site to my sister who is into working out to build muscle. I like to share products that I run across for her because she is the epitome of health and fitness.
When I get this tea, I'm going to drink it about an hour before I go to bed to see if it will calm me down enough to sleep the night through. I am always on the lookout for natural supplements for help sleeping, as my cousin well knows, because we are all light sleepers in my family. My cousin and I travel together from time to time and enjoy sharing tips on how to sleep better at night, and one of our favorite travel rituals is to share different teas with each other. We rented a condo on our last trip together and had such a good time exploring the historic neighborhood it was located in and sampling teas at a local coffee shop.
We didn't buy any tea from that coffee shop because both of us were packed to the gills and prefer buying our tea online because it's a better value than buying it locally. We both use tea balls and try to avoid the tea bags because we don't want to spend the extra money for the packaging. And when we buy online, the information that we get from online purchasing is much broader than what stores can provide us too. For example, I didn't know what damiana was, but it was easy to look up online and find all kinds of things about it. That would be hard to do in a retail store. Actually, after reading all that damiana does for the body, I got even more excited about using this tea as relaxing natural supplements with many benefits.
