Finding Time to Build Muscle |

Potentially the hardest part about staying in shape is finding time to do it. I don’t care who you are we are all working harder in these times to come home with a decent paycheck. Personally, I’ve had to up my hours and work more then ever before. I can’t complain because I do have a job but it makes it increasingly hard to build muscle. At the point, after a week of pulling long hours and not once hitting the gym, I decided to schedule build muscle time into my calendar. By 8:30 pm Monday through Friday, I wanted to be in the gym. Setting a schedule helped me do it.
I have no excuse not to anymore and if someone calls to go out and say get dinner around this time unless it is a hot date I tell them I can’t until a little after 9. Consistency then made it just part of my day. It’s like having to wake up early after sleeping in for a month. At first it is hard but it slowly gets easier. Now I have no problem making time to build muscle and that is a great thing.
